2008: con il Decreto Legislativo n. 81. nasce il T.U., il Testo Unico sulla Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro che cambia l’approccio alla gestione della sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro.
Il T.U. introduce l’adozione di un approccio sistemico alla gestione della salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro: si passa da un criterio di protezione degli anni ’50 ad un criterio di prevenzione degli anni ’90, fino all’approccio sistemico nel 2008.
Il lavoratore non è più visto come soggetto passivo solo da tutelare, ma diventa soggetto attivo, consapevole e informato, con l'obbligo di tutelare sé e chi gli sta intorno.
Implementare un sistema di gestione della sicurezza, che trova la sua attuazione con il Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR): S.A.N.U. predispone i DVR in base alle caratteristiche e tipologia dell’attività.
2008: with the D. Lgs. n. 81. is born the Unique Text on Health and Safety at Work, which changes the approach to managing workplace safety.
This Text introduces the adoption of a systemic approach to the management of health and safety in the workplace: we move from a criterion of protection of the 50s to a criterion of prevention of the 90s, up to the systemic approach in 2008.
The worker is no longer seen as a passive subject only to be protected, but becomes an active, aware and informed subject, with the obligation to protect himself and those around him.
Implement a safety management system, which is implemented with the Risk Assessment Document (DVR in Italian): S.A.N.U. predisposes the DVR based on the characteristics and type of the activity.
